Please read this first if this is your first time here
I’m glad you stopped by! Thank you for visiting.
I wanted to write this quick post to you just so you knew what I and this blog are all about.
Why I’m Breaking a Cardinal Blogging Rule
I read somewhere that it’s best if a blog is kept on a specific subject to maintain a certain level of consistency and appeal to a specific type of reader, and I can certainly appreciate the advice. I think it makes sense.
But…
The truth is that I’m passionate about quite a few different things and I’ve decided to write about the most important ones to me all in one blog. That way, my super cool visitors like you get a whole picture of what I’m all about in one central place.
What I’ve done though, and plan to continue doing, is set up different sites and blogs that provide information about one specific category. That way, if you’re interested in only one or two topics that I write about here, you may visit another blog or site that offers more information about that specific topic. Is that fair?
So, with that said…
Let Me Tell You What Topics This Blog Will Cover:
- How to improve our “money situation.” How the experts think about money, what they know about money and what they do with their money.
- How to create multiple streams of income so that we don’t depend on just one source and leave ourselves and/or our families vulnerable to unforeseen or unexpected changes in our work or business situation, our health, etc.
- How to do our best to get and stay lean, healthy and fit to give ourselves a better chance of living a long and healthy life so that we can still “break dance when we’re 70 years old.”
- How to improve our relationships with the people in our life that we love the most… and even those whom we may not get along with very well.
- How to reach our potential, find and follow our purpose in life and lead an extraordinary life no matter how ordinary we are.
So, Although I’ll Blog About Seemingly Unrelated Topics, Did You Spot the Common Theme?
I hope you found it.
The common theme in my blog is something that many other people talk about, but from my own perspective: How we can do our best to live a well-balanced life.
I believe that we have, depending on how you look at them and count them, six main areas that form who we are as human beings. They are (in alphabetical order):
- Emotional
- Financial
- Mental
- Physical
- Relationships (Social)
- Spiritual
I also believe that if one of those areas is out of balance, it can dramatically affect others and eventually our lives as a whole.
That is why it was difficult for me to pick only one to feature here at SalvadorPosada.com. I’d like to discuss them all with you and maybe even exchange some ideas of how we can improve them.
I hope this helps you digest the information that I’ll be posting here a little easier and that you’ll understand why this blog is breaking that “cardinal rule” of blogging.
Thanks again for stopping by!
Feel free to check out what I have for you here, so far… and make sure to come back soon!
I’d also appreciate you subscribing to my blog so that you’re one of the first to know when I post new content and tell you about important resources that either I make available for you, or that I find somewhere in this vast network we call the “world wide web.”
To your balanced life,
